4 lrg onions sliced thinly
5 x garlic cloves
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or more to taste
4 x frozen boneless chicken breasts - (to 6) do not thaw
Instructions:
Instructions: Put all ingredients except rice in crock pot. Mix well. Cook 4 to 6 hours on LOW. Serve over rice.
