Instructions: In casserole heat butter and oil and brown chicken. Season with S&P and remove. In remaing fat cook onions and garlic until translucent. Add paprika and flour and cook gently, stirring 3 min. Add broth, then sour cream stirring constantly until sauce is smoothand thickened. Replace chicken. (At this point you can stop and continue later. Refrigerate and until tender.
