Instructions: In plastic food storage bag, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Add chicken; toss to coat well.
In large nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken; cook 7 minutes, until cooked through and golden, turning once. Place on serving platter; cover with foil to keep warm. To same skillet, add broth and onion. Simmer 5 minutes, until onion is soft. Stir in jam; simmer 2 minutes, until sauce is slightly thickened. Remove skillet from heat; stir in butter.
