Instructions: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and brown for several minutes on each side. Add wine, green onions and rosemary and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in chicken broth and cook for several minutes, add Half and Half and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve each chicken breast with some of the sauce from the skillet poured on top.
Note: Slimmers -: Use skinless chicken breasts and low fat Half and Half. If you dont want to use white wine, substitute and equal measure of apple cider. Email this Recipe:
