Instructions: First dice the onion and chop the garlic. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes or until beginning to soften.
Meanwhile, slice the chicken into strips and with some scissors cut up the bacon. Once the onion is cooked add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and bacon. Cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Lastly, add the creme fraiche and sage and cook for a further few minutes. Season and serve. Email this Recipe:
