Instructions: Heat the oil in aEDutch oven or large pot over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken and then remove it. Add the sausage and cook it through. Remove the sausage and drain off all but 1 Tbsp. of the fat from the pot. Add the green pepper, onion and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes. Stir in the flour. Slowly add the chicken broth while stirring constantly.EReturn the chicken and sausage to the pot, along with the tomatoes and olives. Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. I serve this with cornbread or rice.
