Instructions: Roast the chicken in a 350 oven for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool. Remove the skin and cut into small cubes. At the same time, blanch the snow peas and set aside to cool.
Now combine the chicken, snow peas, peppers, and sesame seeds with the House dressing. Toss together gently, and garnish with the arugula and pine nuts. Place the chicken mixture on a bed of sliced onions, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Email this Recipe:
