Ingredients:

4 x Chicken legs
15 gm Ginger-garlic paste
30 ml Soya sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil
A few sprigs parsley
----------------- FOR THE SAUCE ----------------

15 gm Ginger, julienned
40 gm Chilli powder
120 ml Honey
Instructions:
Instructions: MIX ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, salt and pepper and apply to the chicken legs. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the chicken legs for five minutes or till the juices are well sealed in. Add the remaining marinade and a little water. Cover and cook till done. To prepare the sauce: Heat oil in another pan. Add ginger and fry for three minutes.

Add chilli powder, honey and salt. Keep stirring over low heat for five minutes. Remove from heat.

Serve the chicken legs hot, topped with the honey-chilli sauce.

Garnish with parsley.

NOTES : (Stir-fried chicken topped with a pungent sauce)
