2 lb chicken breasts cut 8 pieces
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry or sweet white wine
2 tbl honey
1 tbl sesame oil
1 tbl finely-chopped fresh ginger
1 tbl white distilled vinegar
1 tbl sesame seeds
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all the ingredients (except chicken) in a non-reactive bowl. Mix well. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for 45 minutes in the refrigerator.

Remove the chicken and grill at a medium-high heat for 45 to 50 minutes, turning several times and basting frequently with the marinade.

This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.

Comments: In a wok on your side burner, make some fried rice or vegetable stir-fry to serve alongside this dish - it doesnt get any easier!
