Instructions: Sautee the chicken in a little olive oil with some black pepper a bit of the garlic and a small amount of salt. Set it aside.
Sautee the red peppers jalapeos onions and garic in olive oil for a couple of minutes. Then add the tomato olives chutney and chicken. After a few minutes deglaze with the brandy and vinegar. Reduce the heat to medium and cook until there is just enough liquid to moisten rice or pasta. Pour it over rice or pasta or maybe something like wheat pilaf. Email this Recipe:
