2 tbl butter or margarine
2 tsp chopped onion (I use 1/2 a onion)
2 tbl chopped parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 cup dry white wine
6 x chicken thighs
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. In an small saucepan or skillet, melt butter, add onion and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in parsley, oregano, poultry seasoning, tarragon, and wine. Boil 5 minutes until sauce is reduced by 1/3. Arrange Chicken in a 9x9 pan, pour herb sauce over, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 45 min or until tender.
