Instructions: Dissolve jell-o in boiling water. Add ice cream, stirring until melted. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in Marshmallows. Pour into crust and chill until firm.

For Chocolate Cherry Pie...use cherry jell-o and substitute 1 pt. chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.
