Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lb Ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbl Chili powder (up to 2)
6 x Green onions w/ tops sliced
1 can Pitted ripe olives (6-oz.) sliced
1 can Tomatoes w/ liquid (16-oz.) chopped
1 can Chili beans (16-oz.) undrained
1 pkt Tortilla or corn chips (20-oz.)
Instructions:
Instructions: In a skillet, brown meat; drain. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, onions, olives, tomatoes and beans. Simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes. Arrange chips on a platter; top with meat mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Serve immediately.
