Instructions: In a skillet, brown meat; drain. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, onions, olives, tomatoes and beans. Simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes. Arrange chips on a platter; top with meat mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Serve immediately.
