1/2 lb skinless boneless chicken breast halves cut into
1 x -inch cubes
3 x 4.5-ounce cans chopped green chiles
1 x 15-ounce can no-salt-added pinto beans
1 x 14.5-ounce can no-salt-added stewed
tomatoes undrained
2 cup water
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 lrg onion chopped
1 x clove garlic crushed
6 tbl fat-free sour cream
6 tbl shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Place first 9 ingredients in a 3-1/2 or 4-quart electric slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 4 hours. Or, cover and cook on HIGH 1 hour; reduce heat to LOW, and cook 7 hours. Spoon into bowls; top each serving with 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon cheee, and sprinkle evenly with green onions.
