Instructions: Place first 9 ingredients in a 3-1/2 or 4-quart electric slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 4 hours. Or, cover and cook on HIGH 1 hour; reduce heat to LOW, and cook 7 hours. Spoon into bowls; top each serving with 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon cheee, and sprinkle evenly with green onions.
