10 x eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
16 oz small curd cottage cheese
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 stk margarine, melted
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.

Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, jack cheese, and margarine. Blend until smooth. Stir in chilies and mix well. Pour into a well greased 9 x 13 glass casserole Bake about 35 minutes or until top is browned and center is firm. Serve immediately.

Tastes great with Picante sauce.
