1/2 oz Canned Mushroom Slices drained
1/4 cup Cilantro -- chopped
1 x Scallion -- chopped
2 cup Spinach Leaves
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all dressing ingredients. Combine all salad ingredients. Toss.
