Instructions: Cook the pasta according to package directions.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a large frying pan, stir in the garlic, basil, oregano, and sun-dried tomatoes, and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the salt, pepper, parsley, orange juice, and club soda and cook over low heat for another 3 to 4 minutes or until the sauce is warmed through. When the pasta is cooked, drain and place on a warm platter or serving plates, top with the sauce, sprinkle with the Romano cheese, garnish with sprigs of parsley and chopped black olives, and serve at once. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This makes a nice first course for an elegant southwestern din ner party. Serve with toasted bolillos and a salad of leaf lettuce and arugula. Email this Recipe:
