Ingredients:

1/2 lb Fresh pears, peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 cup Cider vinegar
5 tbl Chpped onion
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chile powder
1/4 tsp Cumin
2 tbl Chpoped pimiento
4 tbl Chopped green anaheim chiles
Instructions:
Instructions: From a pamplet I got from Shepards seeds. Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; stir to blend. Cover and cook the mixture over low heat for 30 minutes, adding an additional 1/4 cup water if necessary. Uncover and continue cooking for about 25 minutes or just until the mixture is thickend, stirring frequently. Serve cold.
