Instructions: Remove the stems from the mushrooms and mince them. Heat the butter in a skillet and saute the onion, garlic, minced stems and jalapeno pepper for about 5 minutes, until tender. Add the red pepper and the cooked bacon. Saute for about 3 minutes. Stir in the cheese and parsley. Fill caps and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 10 minutes to heat through and melt the cheese.
