1 lrg Round steak
1/2 x Onion, diced
1 tsp Salt
1 tbl Flour
1 med Tomato, diced
4 x Long green chiles, roasted, peeled and diced
1 dsh Garlic powder
1 tsp Canola oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut steak into bite-size squares. Place steak in a large skillet and brown it over medium heat in canola oil. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, and cook for 15 minutes on low heat, occasionally stirring. Add 2-3 cups of water depending on desired thickness. Simmer 25 minutes. Serve as a main dish with beans and rice or rolled in a tortilla.

Note: Heat Scale: Mild
