Instructions: Place the Arbols into a clean 750-ml. wine bottle that uses a cork. Fill the bottle with the sherry, cork, and store at room temperature for at least a week before using.
When the wine achieves the flavor and/or heat factor you like, remove the chiles and discard, as the wine will continue to get hotter the longer the chile is left in it.
