Preheat oven to 400. Pat pie crust into slightly larger circle. Lightly sprinkle bottom of pan with cornmeal. Place pie crust in baker pushing up along sides to form rim. Prick all over with fork. Bake about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350. Sprinkle cheese and chiles into crust. Mix eggs, sour cream, and salt. Pour into crust. Sprinkle chopped tomato around edge.
