Instructions: Heat broiler. Spread popcorn in jellyroll pan. Stir together butter, chili powder and salt in small bowl. Pour over popcorn; toss to coat. Sprinkle cheese over popcorn; broil until cheese melts, 2-3 minutes. Toss to coat.
