Instructions: Cut chicken into 1" pieces. Cook chicken, onion, green pepper and garlic in oil in Dutch oven until chicken loses pink color. Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 20 minutes, or for thicker sauce simmer 1 hour or longer. Ladle into bowls, may top with shredded cheddar cheese, green onion slices, diced avocado, sour cream, may add additional Picante Sauce. Serves: 6-8 Email this Recipe:
