Ingredients:

1 lb Ground beef
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Green pepper, chopped
2 cup Tomatoes, canned
1 x Garlic clove, minced
2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Salt
1 dsh Cayenne
1 dsh Paprika
Instructions:
Instructions: Pan fry ground beef, onion and green pepper in skillet until meat is brown.

Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients except beans and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer until thick (about 1 hour). Stir in beans and heat. For dried kidney beans - use 1/2 lb (for standard serving size).

Wash, and cover with boiling water. Cook 2 minutes and remove from heat.

Soak for 1 hour then bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer till tender.
