Instructions: Saute the onions in olive oil until transparent. Add the bell peppers and saute for 5 more minutes. Add the tomatoes, wine, spices, herbs and kidney beans. Simmer for 30 minutes. During this time, prepare the fettuchini according to package directions. Have it ready to add at the end of the simmering time (not too much sooner). Add the fettuchine and simmer for 5 additional minutes. Remove the bay leaves, before serving.
NOTE 1: Di Giorno Pasta- Spinach Fettuccine (From the refrigerated food section of your grocery store.) NOTES : This is a mild chili. Adjust seasoning accordingly. Email this Recipe:
