Instructions: In a large bowl, combine chicken broth and taco seasoning and stir well.
Add cubed chicken and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Drain chicken. Set aside. Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan. Cook onion, green pepper, red pepper and garlic until tender.
