Instructions: Trim excess fat from pork chops. Rub each side with a little salt and pepper. Brown chops in melted pork fat. Place in casserole. Combine corn, salt, chili powder, pepper, onion and pepper flakes; spoon over chops.
Cover casserole and bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Blend bread crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole and bake, uncovered 15 minutes longer. Email this Recipe:
