3 tbl Ancho chili powder
1 tbl Cumin
2 tsp Dried oregano
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Freshly-ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all of the above ingredients together. Store in an airtight jar. Use in any recipe that calls for chili powder.

This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of seasoning.
