2 tbl water
2 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl olive oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Thai chili paste (such as Dynasty)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
4 x red potatoes (about 1-1/2 lbs), each cut
6 x wedges
1 x red onion, cut in 6 wedges
1 x red bell pepper, seeded and cut in 1/2-inch
strips
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk. Add potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and garlic; toss well to coat. Arrange vegetable mixture in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan*; bake at 400 degree for 35 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring after 20 min.
