Ingredients:

1 lb Pork, ground
2 lrg Onions, chopped
4 cl Garlic, minced
1 med Pepper, sweet red, chopped
1 med Pepper, green, chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped
2 can Tomatoes, diced, with liquid 14 1/2 oz. cans
1 can Beans, kidney, drained and rinsed, 16 oz. can
1 can Tomato paste, 6 oz.can
3/4 cup Water
2 tsp Sugar, brown
1 tsp Oregano, dried
1 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes, dried
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In a Dutch oven, brown pork and onions until pork is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the garlic, peppers and celery. Cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
