Instructions: Brown ground beef with onion and green chilies in large skillet. Drain fat.
Place meat in Dutch oven, add salt and pepper, tomatoes (undrained), beans (undrained), corn, dry taco and dressing mixes, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes. Can also be done in slow cooker. Serve with corn muffins, corn chips or tortilla chips (good for dipping). Email this Recipe:
