Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb arm or chuck roast, (2 1/2 to 3)
2 can Rotel tomatoes
Garlic, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lrg onion, chopped
1 can chopped mild green chiles
Instructions:
Instructions: Cover roast with water and simmer for 4-5 hours until meat falls apart.

Pour off water, shred meat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with flour tortillas, lettuce and tomatoes.
