1 can black-eyed peas - (16 oz)
2 cup Cheez Whiz
1 can chili without beans - (10 oz)
1 can chopped green chilies - (4 oz) undrained
1 lrg onion chopped
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Add peas to food processor; process until smooth. Melt Cheez Whiz in microwave.

Combine peas, Cheese Whiz and remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

Serve hot with tortilla chips.

This recipe yields about 5 1/2 cups; 16 servings.
