1/4 cup butter (no substitutes) at room temperature
1/4 cup flour
2 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
1/2 cup roasted green chili peppers diced, peeled,
seeded
OR
4 oz diced green chili peppers drained
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine butter and flour in a food processor bowl or blender container. Process until well mixed. Add Monterey Jack cheese, chili peppers, and garlic powder. Process till well mixed. Form dough into 3/4" balls; roll in Parmesan cheese.

Place on greased baking sheet. Bake in a 375 oven about 15 minutes or till golden brown. Serve warm.

TO MAKE AHEAD: Form dough into balls; place on a baking sheet. Freeze till firm; place in a freezer bag. Store in freezer up to 2 weeks. To bake, place on greased baking sheet. Bat in a 375 oven for 18-20 minutes.
