29 oz canned sliced baby tomatoes
3/4 oz canned black olives, pitted & sliced
1/2 tbl beef gravy base
3/4 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup green onions, chopped
3/4 cup cucumber, chopped
2 x cloves garlic, minced
3 tbl red wine vinegar
1/2 tbl beef gravy base
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 dsh hot pepper sauce
1/2 oz canned condensed beef broth
3/4 cup Chablis wine
chives, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Drain tomatoes over a large bowl. Cut tomato slices into large pieces, add to juice in bowl. Add olives, celery, green onion, cucumber and garlic. Stir in vinegar, beef gravy base, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, beef broth and wine; cover. Chill for 24 hours. Ladle into chilled soup bowls; garnish with chives and croutons.

Makes 8 servings.
