Soak noodles in hot water for 10 minutes. Mix lime juice, sesame oil and chilli sauce together. Brush over one side of salmon and cook under a hot grill for 4 minutes. Turn steaks, brush with remaining glaze and grill until golden and salmon is cooked. Serve with dipping sauce. Dipping Sauce: Combine sweet chilli sauce, vinegar and coriander together.
