Ingredients:

CHILLED OUT SALMON ----------------
140 gm rice noodles
2 tbl lime juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbl sweet chilli sauce
4 x salmon steaks
----------------- DIPPING SAUCE ----------------
2 tbl sweet chilli sauce
1 tbl white vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Chilled Out Salmon:
Soak noodles in hot water for 10 minutes.

Mix lime juice, sesame oil and chilli sauce together.

Brush over one side of salmon and cook under a hot grill for 4 minutes.

Turn steaks, brush with remaining glaze and grill until golden and salmon is cooked.

Serve with dipping sauce.

Dipping Sauce:
Combine sweet chilli sauce, vinegar and coriander together.
