675 gm chicken breast skinned and diced
4 tbl vegetable oil
2 x cloves fresh garlic chopped
5 x cm fresh ginger chopped
1/2 x spanish onion
1/2 x red pepper chopped
1/2 x green pepper chopped
1/2 x yellow pepper chopped
6 x fresh green chillies chopped
2 tbl fresh coriander leaves
2 x fresh tomatoes
1 x salt to taste
1 tsp white cumin seed
1 tsp mustard seed.
1 tsp turmeric
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare the chicken.

Heat the oil and fry cumin seed mustard seeds the garlic ginger and onion for just 1 minute each.

Add turmeric curry powder and a drop of water just to prevent sticking.

Add the peppers chilli and the chicken and stirfry for 10 minutes.

Add the coriander and tomatoes stirfry for 5 minutes minimum.

Check that the chicken is cooked right
through (cut a large piece in haft) and if so serve at once. I
