Ingredients:

1 tbl Oil
1 x Onion, chopped
1 x Clove garlic, crushed
500 gm Lean minced beef, (1lb)
1 x 397 gram can chopped tomatoes, (14oz)
1 x 432 gram can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15.25z)
1 x Green pepper, deseeded and chopped
1 x Fresh green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
JS Mexican Choice Chilli Con Carne mix
125 ml Water, (4oz)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion and garlic and cook until soft.

2. Add the minced beef and cook until browned.

3. Stir in the tomatoes, red kidney beans, green pepper and chopped green chilli.

4. Add the Chilli Con Carne Mix and water and stir well. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.

5. Heat the tacos following the pack instructions and fill with the Chilli Con Carne. Serve immediately with various toppings.

NOTES : These crunchy tacos contain a rich and savoury chilli, top with sour cream and shredded lettuce for a delicious supper.
