1 tbl	Cumin
2 tsp	Dried oregano
2 tsp	Garlic powder
1 tsp	Coriander
1/2 tsp	Black pepper

Instructions: I just pulled up this recipe yesterday for chili powder mix. Hope its what your looking for. Its from the TOO HOT TAMALES SHOW# TH6266.

Mix all of the above ingredients together. (I would blend in a mixer) Store in an airtight jar. Us in any recipe that calls for chili powder.

1/2 cup.
