Instructions: Drain and rinse kidney beans.
Dice onions, carrots, capsicum, tomatoes. Slice mushrooms. Clean snow peas. Heat oil in fry pan, add onions, carrots and capsicum, stir for 3 minutes. Add garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, chilli, and cumin, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, simmer for about 10 minutes. Add snow peas and kidney beans, simmer for 5 minutes.
