1/2 tsp salt
1 lb ground beef
1 x clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup canned chopped green chiles
1/4 cup bottled taco sauce
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbl cider vinegar
----------------- THE REST ----------------
1/2 cup butter, melted
6 x flour tortillas, (7 inch)
4 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup taco sauce
1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle salt in pan. Cook beef. Add garlic and spices. Add remaining ingredients. Remove and cool. Melt butter; dip both sides of tortilla.

Drain. Mound a rounded 1/3 cup on center of tortilla. Fold envelope fashion. Place seam down on ungreased 11x7-inch dish. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake uncovered, until crisp, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; return a few seconds to melt. Serve topped with sour cream and taco sauce with lettuce and avocado on side.
