1 bn Parsley leaves coarsely chopped
8 x Garlic cloves minced
3/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Sherry wine vinegar
3 tbl Lemon juice
1 tsp Sea salt or to taste
1/2 tsp Freshly-ground black pepper or to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender, combine all of the ingredients until well mixed but not pureed.

The sauce is best if used immediately but will keep for couple days in the refrigerator. Use on grilled meats, such as T-bone, porterhouse, or skirt steaks.

This recipe yields about 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
