2 cup olive Oil
1 bn fresh parsley
15 x garlic cloves peeled
1 tbl freshly-ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Rinse and clean the parsley, removing the larger stems, then place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the garlic and parsley have been reduced to a size slightly less than a 1/4 inch - chopped but definitely not pureed.

Store it in the refrigerator and let the sauce warm slightly before serving.

Comments: Although this sauce is specifically made for beef, it is also a great marinade for chops, salmon, and chicken.
