1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 x shallot, diced
3 x cloves garlic, chopped
3 x pepperoncini peppers (pickled peppers), diced
1/2 cup juice or brine from pepperoncini peppers
1/2 x red bell pepper, diced
1/2 x red onion, diced
2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine parsley, cilantro, shallot, garlic, pepperoncini, pepperoncini juice, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, and salt, pepper and vinegar to taste. Let mix rest at least 2 hours. (The sauce can be refrigerated for up to a week.)

For best results, hand-cut all ingredients instead of using a food processor.
