Instructions: Combine parsley, cilantro, shallot, garlic, pepperoncini, pepperoncini juice, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, and salt, pepper and vinegar to taste. Let mix rest at least 2 hours. (The sauce can be refrigerated for up to a week.)
