1 tsp anise seed crushed or 1 star anise
1/4 tsp fennel seed crushed
1/4 tsp ground black pepper or Szechuan pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together well. Store in tight lidded jar in cool dry place

yield : 1 Tablespoon

NOTES : 1 use this often in place of salt.
