1/2 lb Chinese broccoli or broccoli chopped, trimmed,
and cut bite-sized florets
(or bok choy, chopped)
2 tbl hoisin sauce
2 tbl soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Steam broccoli or bok choy until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes; transfer to large serving bowl.

Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oil and sugar in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour over broccoli, toss until well-coated and serve.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
