Instructions: Heat pan add oil and fry onion until brown Add shrimps (or prawns) and sliced peppers and fry until semicooked Then add cold rice and saute gently stirring continlously until the whole begins to brown When mixture is hot add soy sauce then the eggs beaten with salt to taste and saute until done
