1 pkt MAGGI Chinese Ginger Beef Mix
1/2 cup water
2 tsp oil
500 gm rump steak, thinly sliced
2 med carrots, cut into thin strips
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine the Chinese Ginger Beef Mix and water. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a wok or large saucepan.

Add the steak and stir-fry over a high heat until almost cooked.

Add the carrots, Stir-fry for 1 minute

Add the green pepper and sauce mix. Bring to the boil, stirring, then cook for a further 30 seconds.

Serve immediately with MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles.
