Instructions: In a large bowl or zippered plastic bag, combine all marinade ingredients.
Add the salmon filets and let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat an oven broiler or outdoor grill with the rack 6 inches from the heat source. Broil or grill the salmon 6 inches from the heat source for about 8 to 10 minutes until the fish just turns opaque. This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: one filet (about 4 oz). Comments: This very quick marinade further deepens the rich flavor of salmon. Soy, ginger, and garlic are enhanced with the techniques of broiling or grilling.
